Note: Wade 209 & 10, noting that the two volumes were issued together in a brown cardbox slip case. No. 356 of 375 of which 350 were for sale, and signed by Yeats. Yeats had been engaged in revising the text sometime before his death in 1940 of which he had corrected the proofs and signed the pages bearing the notice of limitation. War subsequently prevented its publication until 1949.
