RLG records three copies: two at the Huntington and one at the NLM.L548. The 2nd edition of Cuffe's medico-philosophocal treatise, it was first published posthumously in 1607 after the author's execution for treason in 1601.
Provenance: 19th-century bookplate of the Earls of Macclesfield inside upper cover, and with their armorial blind stamp to the title page.
