Provenance: Ockham Park, the seat of the Earl and Countess of Lovelace, was largely rebuilt by Lord Chancellor King, who died in 1734, and more completely altered by the late Lord King, ancestor to the Earl of Lovelace, who died in 1833. The house was gutted by fire in 1948.
