Koechlin, Charles 2 leaves entitled: Cinq Chorals, dans le mode du Moyen Age explaining the revival in the use of modal scales, signed, each c.22 x 28cm; Viardot, Pauline ALS to Monsieur Hallé (presumably Sir Charles Hallé), asking that he has returned her music from Manchester and requesting that he sends it to her as soon as possible, 18 x 11.5cm; Albert, Prince, Consort of Queen Victoria ALS to Lady Cowper: "I hasten to fulfill [sic.] my promise in sending you the songs of my composition...", dated August 1. 1841, Windsor Castle, 22.5 x 18.5cm; Alfred, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha ALS (signed Alfred) on notepaper headed 'Honi soit qui mal y pense' and 23 Poppelsdorfer Allee, Bonn, dated 4th July 1865, to 'My Dear General' on 3pp., 18 x 4.5cm; Hullah, John Pyke ALS dated April 4. 1879: "I went yesterday to Messrs Lombardi's the Photographers' but the light was so bad that they did not succeed...", 18 x 11.5cm on two sides of one leaf; two envelopes said to be in the hands of Ruggero Leoncavallo and Hugo Wolf; and a few other items
