First edition, 4 volumes (including 2 plate volumes), 4to., presentation copy to Lord Grenville from the Master, Governors and Court of Assistants of the Royal College of Surgeons in London, engraved portrait and 303 engraved plates, contemporary calf gilt, with the arms of Lord Grenville on the covers, rebacked retaining original spines, extremities rubbed, couple of joints cracking
