Second (first Edinburgh) edition, with "Boxburgh" on p. xxxvii and "stinking" on p. 263, 8vo, portrait, lacks half-title, contemporary crushed green morocco with gilt floral tooling to spine by Riviere, gilt doublures, occasional marginal chips and slight spotting, pp.xxix-xxx with small repair to upper margin, spine faded, a couple of small white marks to upper cover
