A collection of late 19th century novels, from Frederick Warne & Co. archive, the majority with completed publishing history forms stuck onto front endpaper, detailing nature of copyright held, description of property, dates of 1st issue at Stationers' Hall, total original property costs, additional costs, Statements of editions (with dates and number of copies printed), details of electrotypes, woodblocks, moulds, binding blocks &c., most volumes stamped "Property Room. NOT to be taken away"; some with an earlier or later binding wrapped loosely around another binding;
