Shepard on the limitation page, 4to, x [2] 103 pp., original tan quarter cloth, orange paper boards, printed paper label to front board, fore and bottom edges untrimmed, frontispiece and illustrations throughout by E. H. Shepard, spare label tipped to rear pastedown, with the dust jacket. Contents partly unopened, front board with very small dent to bottom edge, rear board very slightly bowed, customary browning to free endpapers, pp. 56-7 with scattering of small marks, dust jacket with sunning to and either side of spine-panel, spine-panel slightly nicked at head and foot, a few very faint blemishes elsewhere
