London: Virtue & Co., Limited, [1873-6]. 2 volumes bound in 3, large 4to (37 x 27cm), contemporary green morocco gilt over heavy bevelled boards, gilt gauffered edges incorporating a Greek-key roll, broad turn-ins richly gilt, 46 steel-engraved plates including frontispieces and additional vignette title-pages, tissue-guards, rubbing to joints and extremities, light discolouration to boards, volume 3 front joint cracked at foot;
