Note: First editions, signed limited issues, of numbers 108-123 in the New Naturalist series, each signed by the author on a limitation plate mounted to the front free endpaper; numbers 112-123 are additionally signed as issued by the dust-jacket artist Robert Gillmor on the jacket front flap. Southern England is limited to 250 copies, Islands, Wildfowl and Dartmoor to 150, Books and Naturalists through Climate and Weather to 75, and all the remaining titles to 50. Plant Galls is numbered 4 of 50, but all the other volumes are lettered either B, C, E, G or H rather than numbered, and may belong to an extra-limited issue in addition to the stated limitation, reserved for contributors only.
