London: Bloomsbury, 1997-8. 2 works, 8vo, Philosopher's Stone in original pictorial wrappers with Smarties Book Prize sticker to front cover, spine faded and rolled, creases to covers, rubbing and lifting of laminate along extremities, text-block toned as usual, early leaves faintly creased at upper fore corner, damp-stain from first leaf (half-title) to pp. 21/2, pencilled ownership inscription 'Owen Horsley, P7' above a faint tracing perhaps of Harry's glasses to inside front cover; Chamber of Secrets in original pictorial boards, with dust jacket, spine slightly rolled, foot of spine bumped, text-block toned, abrasion to rear pastedown, dust jacket spine sunned and with very light rumpling along top edge, ownership inscription 'Owen Horsley, 1T1' to front free endpaper [Errington A2 (a) for Chamber of Secrets; cf. Errington A1 (aa) for Philosopher's Stone]
