Jun. for Hen[ry] Herringman and R[ichard] Bentley, and sold by Joseph Knight and Francis Saunders, [c.1695]. 4to (21.8 x 16.8cm), 20th-century crushed morocco by Riviere & Son, signatures A-H4, 64 pp. (paginated [2] 1 4-18 91 20-29 20 31-40 33-48 57 50-51 60-61 54-55 64), evenly browned, signature-marks added in pencil, short closed tear to foot of E4 extending into one word either side, small ink-stain to final leaf obscuring a few letters [Bartlett 113; ESTC R11165, five copies in UK libraries; Wing S2923]
