Description
A translation into French of a document prepared by Henry St. John, being a commission addressed to Henry Watkins [Queen's Secretary to the Embassy at Utrecht] to make necessary arrangements and payments for the War in the Netherlands. "Commission de Mr. Watkins pour avoir l'inspection des Extraordinaires de Guerre dans les pays bas", signed by the Queen under the heading, one page with integral blank, folio, tipped at left edge of blank leaf to thin card
