Provenance: Ink stamp of Robert Ross, 40 Half-Moon St, W.1. to title and bookplate of Commander W.B.C. Ross.
Note: This volume was privately printed by the author in late 1916, limited to 200 copies. It is believed that Siegfried Sassoon distributed 118 copies of this work according to Graves instructions. As a friend of both Graves and Sassoon it is quite likely that Robert Ross was one on this list. Higginson and Williams 1987, p.8-9, reference A2.
