Description
Self-winding mechanical movement black dial with applied steel baton indexes, outer luminous dots, central Royal Air Force Acrobatic Team ‘Red Arrows’ logo with Latin motto, ECLAT, black subsidiary dials with red hands for 30 minute & 12 hour chronograph registers, running seconds, date aperture between 4 & 5, PVD stainless steel circular case with steel screw-down reverse featuring Red Arrows 50 Display Seasons motif and edition number 2/15, on fitted PVD stainless steel fine-link Breitling bracelet with folding, locking, clasp. Case, dial and movement signed.
Accompanied by a Breitling presentation case, instruction and limited edition certificate.

This model was never publicly available and only offered to the Royal Navy Acrobatic Team - The Red Arrows, pilots and support staff, the first 9 numbered to represent the flying position of the pilots when in formation. This is the first time any examples from this edition of only 15 have appeared at auction.
