Our October edition of Lalique showcased a wonderful array of works by the renowned designer, with viewing at the Mall Galleries in London. The exhibition and sale were led by the Caravelle centrepiece, designed for the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Paris in 1938, and features striking statuettes such as Suzanne and Thais, iconic vases including Pierrefonds and Escargot as well as beautifully formed scent bottles, mascots and more.
