an early 19th century gold fob seal with chalcedony matrix of initials; another of canted rectangular form, engraved hardstone matrix with crest and motto 'fier mais sensible' (High spirited yet sensible); a small fob seal with matrix of two pyramids and script; two small watch keys with inset hardstone; an unmounted matrix with arms and motto for the Baird family; a quartz engraved oval matrix with ribbon swagged shield and motto 'quod tibi non alteri' (you do not have another); a small matrix of rounded rectangular form with a head in profile
