the circular mixed cut sapphire within a cluster of old brilliant-cut diamonds, surrounded by diamond-set trefoils and bouton pearls to a later fancy-link chain with four cultured pearl beads and stamped 'PLAT', with accompanying report from Gemmological Certification Services dated 16 January 2019, numbered 79190-66, stating the sapphire has no indications of heat treatment
