claw set with a cushion cut sapphire, in a single border of small round brilliant cut diamonds, to a plain shank, stamped 750; with accompanying report by Gemmological Certification Services, dated 13.01.16, numbered 5776-4202, stating that the sapphire is natural and shows no indications of heat treatment
