Gilt three-quarter plate movement jewelled to the second with screwed chatons, blued steel overcoil hairspring, lever escapement, cut and compensated bi-metallic balance, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, hinged case with engraved cuvette, blue enamel chapter ring, reverse with decorative monogram GL, case numbered, movement signed and numbered, case stamped R&S. Accompanied by a fitted presentation case stamped by the retailer and 15k gold retractable pencil stamped SM&Co and hallmarked London 1916
