George S Belfield, Edinburgh 1911, of rectangular outline, the hinged lid with an embossed scene of dancers in an interior, surrounded by an outer border decorated by collet set hardstone and shell cabochons, the box engraved with the maker's signature G.S. Belfield, Nairobi, 1915, accompanied by a cased silver Scottish Horticultural Medal awarded to the Belfield for dinner table decoration, 1894 (2)
