MS Devonia (11,275 tons) was originally called MS Devonshire and was built in 1939 as a troop ship. She was refitted in 1962 and called MS Devonia
MS Dunera, built in 1937 by on the Clyde by Barclay Curle the MS Dunera was originally a troop ship but was converted to a floating school by The British India Steam Navigation Co Ltd.
