Marshall & Sons, Edinburgh 1842, the spherical body with foliate and flower head decoration with twin scroll formed cartouches, one enclosing engraved armorial the opposing inscribed 'won by Brindled Lady Douglas Clydesdale Meeting December 28th 1843', with short curved spout and foliate handles, raised on a tripod base with S scroll supports joined by pendant swags
