Description
James Kerr, Edinburgh 1729, Assay Master Edward Penman, the cover also fully marked and additionally stamped with a Netherlands 1831 - 1852 import mark, the octagonal baluster body with reeded girdle to widest point, with pull off domed cover alternately pierced with panels of foliate scrolls and stylised motifs, with domed octagonal final, the whole raised on a stepped and spreading foot
