the tapering baluster‑style handle, inlaid with Bidri-style brass and silver ogival patterns comprising flowerhead and serrated leaves, terminating in a faceted bud‑shaped pommel rising to an everted lotus pedestal and tall cylindrical neck, topped with a red cotton‑lined, metal‑embroidered conical pad supporting a large plume of cream and yellow horse or yak hair
