steel 29½ inch barrels, with foliate engraved tang and dolphin hammers, a silver chamfered rectangle escutcheon engraved with a heraldic bird behind, both action sideplates with engraved scenes of hunting dogs chasing wildfowl, signed ‘Jeffrey Farnham’ to both sides, platinum lined touch-holes, the 15¼ inch walnut stock with chequered grip, the trigger guard and ramrod mount with pineapple finials, no visible serial number, lacking ramrod
