in the Sheraton style, the superstructure with a pierced brass gallery and hinged top opening to a compartmented interior, above a tan leather insert with gilt tooled border, above a long frieze drawer centred by an inlaid ivory circular fan motif, with drop-leaf sides with canted corners with matching fan inlay and outlined with stringing, all raised on square tapered legs headed by ivory inlaid trailing harebells and ending on brass castors; stamped in the drawer JAS SHOOLBRED & CO. with number 2220
