Description
the white vitreous enamel breakarch dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five minute markers, the arch with subsidiary second and ‘Strike/Silent’ dials, the bell top case surmounted by swing handle, the top mounted with four gilt metal urn finials, the dial flanked by pierced spandrels, on a stepped base with brass bracket feet, the twin train gut fusée movement with verge escapement striking to a bell, the backplate signed ‘Thomas Morgan, Edinburgh’
