Description
the 7 inch silvered arched brass dial with floral engraved spandrels enclosing a Roman chapter ring with Arabic five minute markers, signed to the centre, with subsidiary ‘Strike/Silent’ and date dials to the arch, the bell-top case surmounted with a swing handle and corner flaming urn finials, above glazed sides and mask-head bust floral mounts to the front angles, on ogee bracket feet, the twin chain fusée repeating the movement with anchor escapement and striking on a bell, the back plate with engraved border and floral leaf spray centre, cord pull repeat to the base
