Description
comprising six plates, including an octagonal fish painted example by R & G Gordon, Prestongrange, and another fish plate by Gordon; one by Murray & Co, Glasgow, printed to the centre with a rural scene; a William Reid, Musselburgh floral painted plate and another by Reid depicting houses and trees; a Verreville small plate printed in blue with a boat scene; a plate enamelled in orange, brown and green with an impressed crown mark; the Greenock plaque in prattware colours, moulded with a classical scene of Bacchus seated beside a lion, Ceres holding a cornucopia and Venus embracing Cupid (8)
