Description
decorated with octagonal grisaille panels within a gilt border, on an orange ground with scrolling gilt foliate designs and gilt rims, comprising: thirteen coffee cans; fourteen tea cups; ten saucers; sixteen plates, 22cm diameter; a teapot and cover; a slop bowl; a cream jug; a sugar bowl with cover and stand; two pierced oval baskets on stands, the baskets 27cm wide; two lozenge shaped oval dishes, 31cm wide; a footed oval comport, 32cm wide; two square dishes, 21.7cm wide; two round shallow dishes, 19.5cm and 21.5cm diameter; mostly unmarked, some pieces inscribed in gilt 275 and 282, the two pierced oval stands with impressed M MASON mark (qty)
