Description
the 7 inch breakarch cream enamel dial with Roman numerals and a strike/silent subsidiary dial to the arch, signed ‘Jas McCabe, Royal Exchange, London, 1467’, the breakarch case with brass handle and moulded arch above the glazed door, with brass pierced fret panels to the sides, and a glazed back door, raised on brass bracket feet, the brass twin train chain fusée movement striking on a bell and with pull repeat, the backplate signed ‘James McCabe, Royal Exchange, London’, with brass pendulum locking nut and pull repeat cord to one side
