Description
one of ovoid form with twin strap handles, the body with a scrolled banner inscribed ‘A. DI. SCORZONER’, above a coat of arms bearing a star, a white band and a crown within a cartouche, the ground with figural, scrolling and foliate motifs, the reverse undecorated, 29cm high; the other with one strap handle to the reverse, the spout above an obscured coat of arms within a cartouche, with a banner inscribed ‘Sirop: Di Cic: C. Rhab’, the ground decorated with blue scrolling foliage throughout, 24.5cm high; together with a FRENCH FAIENCE WET DRUG JAR with an inscribed band and floral decoration on a cream ground, 20.5cm high, and a small FRENCH FAIENCE DRUG JAR of waisted footed form with an inscribed banner and similar floral decoration, 12cm high (4)
