the cream enamel chapter ring with black Roman numerals inside a gilt mask, in an Anglaise Riche gilt bronze case with dentine friezes, the top, Corinthian columns and base with cream and pale blue floral Champlevé enamel, with bevelled glass panels, enamelled angled handle, the twin train brass movement with a platform lever escapement and striking on a coiled steel gong, the backplate stamped ‘Made in France’; in a glazed Moroccan leather case
