the hood with swan neck pediment painted with panels surmounted by three brass ball finials, the breakarch door flanked by Doric fluted columns, enclosing a 14 inch engraved brass breakarch dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five minute markers, subsidiary seconds and date dials, the arch with moonphase and signed ‘John, Heaton, Haworth', the wide trunk with a shaped arch door flanked by carved Doric fluted quarter columns, on a plain square plinth base with canted corners, raised on ogee bracket feet, the twin-train movement with anchor escapement, striking a bell
