the superstructure with a single shelf surmounted by a pierced and carved cresting with a central cartouche flanked by dragons, on similar dragon shelf supports; the lower part with a carved panel fall front centrally carved with an armorial flanked by mythical beasts and foliate scrolls, flanked by lion mask pilasters, and raised on robustly carved winged dragon support on an inverted breakfront plinth
