carved in high relief with twin armorials, Constable with the motto POST TOT NAUFRAGIA PORTUM beneath a helmet and three-masted ship, on a double cartouche frame carved with scrolling foliage and centred by a lion's mask, signed 'E. Williams SC. / LONDON / 1890.'
