George Bedingham, London 1901, the body with embossed panels of lattice work with flowerhead details contained within C scroll formed cartouches, the large shaped cartouches similarly formed and surmounted with winged cherub above, each cartouche with engraved script initials, with large twin scrolling handles formed as sea serpents, the whole raised on a simple collet foot with engraved inscription '1883 14th June 1908' with spreading foot of foliage and scrolls
