with marks for Elgin, Charles Fowler, three marks; F, CF, EL, of small size, the lid engraved initials, simple pierced grill also partially marked to underside

In fairly poor condition, but nevertheless an interesting lot.
With several cracks and a few small areas of loss to the shell (repair observable from the inside).
With simple circualr pierced grille. Marks are fairly clear. The flat hinged cover initialled EJ in script.
