the hinged top opening to a rising stationery rack with pocket watch holder, above a bank of four short drawers and writing slide with oxblood leather, over a long frieze drawer, raised on square straight legs with slightly splayed feet and joined by arched stretchers; bearing an ivorine label 'BEST LONDON MAKE'
