the moulded cornice and tassel moulded frieze above a pair of astragal glazed doors carved with water leaf details and opening to shelves, flanked by single astragal glazed doors and shelves; the conforming base with a pair of moulded panel doors opening to drawers, the top drawer previously fitted for writing, flanked by corresponding moulded doors opening to shelves and drawers, on a narrow plinth base
