associated with the 7th Earl and Countess Lanesborough and Swithland Hall, Leicestershire; the first bound in red Moroccan leather embossed 'Gwladys' with a coronet, containing signatures, photographs and sketches of houses and guests mostly dating to the late 19th century; the other with Chinese lacquer boards, title page inscribed 'Broadlands, June 1925', with signatures dating to 2015'; together with a RED MOROCCAN LEATHER BOUND PRESENTATION FOLIO, the cover embossed 'LORD NEWTOWN BUTLER/ DECEMBER, 12TH. 1886' (3)
