the arched moulded case with pine cone finials and a brass Roman number dial, subsidiary dials 'Chime/Silent', 'Fast/Slow' and 'Westminster Chimes', flanked by gilt metal Corinthian columns, on a fluted moulded base raised on parcel gilt flat lobed feet; the eight day movement striking a bell and chiming on eight bells
