rectangular on ivory; the sitter with blonde hair and wearing a coral coloured gown, gold drop earring and necklace with pendant; sitting on a gilt chair with an blue velvet and ermine throw, signed upper left corner, in a gilt metal slip and gesso and giltwood frame; 10.5cm high, 8.5cm wide; together with a 19TH CENTURY PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF A YOUNG LADY with black hair wearing a dark gown, gold bracelet and ring and holding a book, on ivory, unsigned, in a gilt metal slip and red morocco leather case, 10cm high, 7.5cm wide (2)
