Closely comparable coffee pot, dated to the Yongzheng period, is illustrated in Maria Antonia Pinto de Matos, 2011, The RA Collection of Chinese Ceramics, Volumn Two, London: Jorge Welsh Books, pt. 308. Another coffee pot with the same shape, but with a spout ending in an ostrich head and handle as ostrich tail, dated to ca. 1760, is in the Victoria and Albert Museum, accession number C.40-1951.
