the recumbent feline finely carved with a large head and a prominent forehead above bulging eyes, holding a leafy blossoming lotus sprig in its mouth, with a finely incised mane and tail flicked over one side, the feet well carved with sharp claws, the stone of pale green tone with minor russet and yellowish inclusions on the base, with carved wood stand
