the interior delicately painted in shades of cobalt blue with Cui Yingying standing in a pavilion looking into a garden, and holding the love letter she has written for Zhang Sheng, inscribed with a two-line poetic couplet from the novel reading 'Yi Jan Qing Lei Hong You Shi, Man Zhi Chun Chou Mo Wei Gan' (This letter is written and stained with tears, tears still wet of the love of a young lady), the base with a six-character Jiajing reign mark
