清 十一面千手千眼觀音唐卡
depicted in his eleven-headed, thousand-armed form standing on a colourful lotus base, wearing a dhoti with gilt decoration, his front two hands in anjali mudra holding a blue oval gemstone, six further arms each holding different ritual implements, followed by thousands of hands at his back forming a fan-shape, accompanied by the Five Tathagatas on the top
