Description
the locks signed Wilson London within Rococo cartouches on either side of the action, the trigger guard engraved with a flower head and leaves, the breeches stamped with view and proof marks and makers stamp, RW (Richard Wilson), the screw off barrels with raised turned muzzles, one barrel and breech stamped 1, flat sided dark walnut slab butts, inlayed with scrolled silver wire decoration extending to the back, some corrosion on the inner action of number 2 pistol, circa 1760
