the twin train movement with anchor escapement striking on a bell, the painted arched dial painted with seasons to the spandrels and figure of Justice to the arch, the square hood with swan neck pediment, boxwood inlaid frieze and boxwood strung columns, above trunk with crossbanded door centred by medallion, plain base and ogee bracket feet (two weights, one pendulum)
